Summer Conference Packages
Our lodgings are sold as a “package plan.” Room and board packages are created individually for each conference based on their duration and needs.

Facility, Audiovisual, & Other Rental Fees
The final invoice will include charges for various campus and/or private vendor services and facilities, including a Coordinated Services Fee.
The 2025 Coordinated Services Fee is 8%.

*Groups staying in the residence halls have dining commons meals included as part of their room and board package.
