The Sierra Madre Village Apartments are located just one mile from the UCSB campus, and are much more than the typical apartment complex. Many apartments have wonderful views of the nearby North Campus Open Space with more than 2.5 miles of trails. All apartments are fully furnished and include linen service and wireless high-speed Internet. The complex has on-site laundry facilities and is accessible via bus or off-street bike and walking paths.

  • Only eligible to visiting faculty/scholars and those conducting University business
  • 5-night minimum stay required
  • Sierra Madre Villages and the UCSB campus are smoke-free and tobacco-free

Cost

  • Two-bedroom apartment: $211/night/apartment
  • Three-bedroom apartment: $303/night/apartment
  • Each bedroom has 2 twin sized beds, and sleeps up to 2 guests (4 total occupancy for two-bedroom, and 6 for three-bedroom)
  • Parking not included, please see the UC Santa Barbara Transportation & Parking Services webpage for general parking information. Your confirmation email will have additional information about the specific lots for your apartment.

Housekeeping

  • Rooms and bathrooms are ready upon arrival. Sheets, blankets, and a pillow are placed on each bed with 2 towels and 1 washcloth per person. Towels may be exchanged at the Conference & Hospitality Services Front Desk. Once a week, housekeeping will clean the common areas and exchange towels in the apartment. If beds are clear of personal belongings, the linens will also be exchanged once a week.
